20 team finalists selected from the Stage 1 “Online Preliminary’ will be invited the final event in Xi’an with Mitchel Resnick and Scratch Team at the MIT Media Lab.

Final 20 teams participating in Scratch Creative Challenge will receive a certificate issued by WCG and MIT Media Lab. This certificate will verify that the receiver have successfully participated, finished all the programs for 4 days and created a invention that is full of positive, creative and unique idea that can make the world a better place.

Scratch
Scratch is a programming language and an online community designed and maintained by the Lifelong Kindergarten group at the MIT Media Lab. With Scratch children can program and share interactive media such as stories, games, and animation with people from all over the world and learn how to think creatively, work collaboratively, and reason systematically.
Scratch 3.0 is the latest generation of Scratch, launched on January 2, 2019. It is designed to expand how, what, and where you can create with Scratch. It includes dozens of new sprites, a totally new sound editor, and many new programming blocks. And with Scratch 3.0, you’re able to create and play projects on your tablet, in addition to your laptop or desktop computer.
