Graham Civic Auditorium anchors
the southern perimeter of Civic Center
Plaza, located in San Francisco's Civic
Center, a Beaux Arts architectural gem
listed on the National Register of Historic
Places.
The building's elegant exterior, made
of hand-carved native California granite,
helps to establish its historical style.
Civic Auditorium joins a small handful
of late 19th and 20th Century Revival
Beaux Arts buildings that have anchored
the 456-acre historic district for over
eighty years. |

Opening Ceremony (Oct. 6) / Closing
Ceremony (Oct. 10)
wcg 2004 Grand Final Opening and Closing
Ceremonies will be held in Civic Center
Plaza, attending wcg Committee, over
700 players from around 60 countries,
over 300 media, visitors. There will
be various events including exciting
performances and main ceremonies will
start among other events.
Through wcg 2004 Opening Ceremony, representatives
from all over the world swear fair play
and enjoy the real game festival. Among
wcg friends, there is no language and
culture barrier. It will start Oct 6,
the first day of wcg 2004 Grand Final.
During wcg 2004 Closing Ceremony, wcg
friends celebrate their victories and
promise to meet wcg 2005 Grand Final.
It will be held Oct, 10 and it will
be the last event of wcg 2004 Grand
Final. Through Closing Ceremony, wcg
2004 Grand Final will drop down its
great curtain.
At Civic Center Plaza, there will be
more events such as outside exhibition,
farewell party, etc. |
BYOC (Oct. 6 ~ 10)
The cyber gamers bring his/her own computer
and monitor to BYOC event and sets up
his/her computer and play purity with
800 other networked gamers.
While you're not competing in the wcg
2004 Grand Final, you can Sharpen your
skills and improve your strategies in
our Bring Your Own Computer(BYOC) area
with 800 seats featuring a rapid stream
network that will support 5 days and
24 hours of straight game play. |

2004 Grand Final Tournament (Oct. 7
~ Oct .10)
Over 700 players from around 60 countries
will compete in Civic Auditorium.
The tournament will start as full league
simultaneously, and qualified players
through full league will be advanced
to next rounds of tournament. wcg 2004
Final competition will be held from
Oct. 7 to Oct .10. |
